Little John was like taking a foul grape and turning it into it a fine Bordeaux.  Real Estate investor Ben Knorr and I had to completely remodel this house from the inside out.  Delineate Architecture helped to reimagine the shape of the home’s exterior, creating an interesting double gabled roofline that was totally appropriate for the immediate neighborhood.  From the hand-made saltillo tile flooring, to the creek front backyard, to the totally unique trim work throughout, this home was designed to be admired and enjoyed.
