Charolais was originally the model home for this charming North Austin neighborhood. What would have been a two car garage ended up serving as the neighborhood sales office for the builder during the early 1980’s.  The home already had a large living room, so we decided to convert that old sales office into an oversized master suite.  This home deserves more than a paragraph, but what was originally presented as a despairing tear-down, became one of the first $400k+ remodel homes in 78758.  Rock solid construction, attractive styling, and another successful project from Moreno Knorr Enterprises.
