49th St was one of my favorite projects I’ve had the opportunity to work on.  We incorporated elements of craftsman style in the trim work, and balanced the modern lines of the home with natural clay tile and warm brown wood flooring.  From the custom cabinetry, to the casement window package, to the accent millwork, we wanted this home to be authentic and highly functional.  The result was highly desirable and extremely well-received in it’s design and purpose.  Another successful project from Moreno Knorr Enterprises.
